What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?

Compare revisions carefully when more than one quotation has been provided. Review the terms referred to by the quote rather than assuming they match another offer.

How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?

Check whether the purchase is provided through delivery, collection, access, or another stated method. Look for fulfillment details in the order confirmation rather than relying on a general example.

How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?

Provide the order reference when you can locate it. Check the outcome of each documented step before repeating it.
